Good question! Where is Macedo. She went to UF to run on an amazingly HOT team. Looks like a bunch if girls from UF quit after LaCaze and McGee left. She was a big talent. Hope she's ok. Hate to see kids get shot out the system by crappy coaches!

Ain't none of them can go to their state university and run though because that piece of sh*t school dropped men's track.

It's funny that you take shots at Steinhoff and Hally's coach, who has 5 kids under 4:30 this year. 4:14, 4:26, 4:27, 4:27, 4:29. Pretty solid if you ask me. It's like calling Mark Wetmore outdated and his training techniques don't work. Fads will come and go. Staying healthy with consistent training is the only way to get faster....NOT beating kids up season after season.
That is about as fast as they will go. The right coach could get these guys to the level of Brian Sklodowski . that is rarefied air IMHO.
You do realize that all of Brian's records have been broken, right? It was great watching the 1600 and seeing three public school kids cross the line ahead of those private school, pampered kids. You can't buy hard work!

No offense, but I've never heard of this coach or school or any successful Delaware runners. I've definitely heard of plenty from Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania though.

I'm sorry but she's a man.

Hally and Steinhoff hook up with a program using modern training techniques they could be up there next year. Something to think about. Just sayin'.
Well if you took the time to do your research about distance runners in the state of Delaware you would know that last year at this time Hally and Steinhoff were running 4:31 and 4:37 respectively. Now you can't tell me that a 17 second and 10 second PR for Hally and Steinhoff respectively is a result of bad training especially for a coach who is in his first year at Sallies. I don't know what you are smoking but Sallies distance is on the rise under great leadership. They will be doing even bigger things next year just you wait
Colin Sahlman runs 1:45 and Nico Young runs 1:47 in the 800m tonight at the Desert Heat Classic
