Why don't Millenials say "Bless You" after you Sneeze?

    BECAUSE MILLENNIALS ARE NARCISSISTS!!!

    Millennials didn't even notice you when you sneezed - they're in their own self-centered world of thought. If you paid $15/hr or handed them trophies for saying "bless you" they would oblige, maybe. And the point about the understood subject "God" - yeah, Millennials are far too arrogant to even consider that there might be a god calling the shots. Their health is in their own hands (and Obama's), thankyouverymuch. Millennials' social skills are so underdeveloped, they can't even socialize without alcohol.

    It's understood at my household that, if somebody sneezes and you feel the need to say anything, it should be: "Go to Hell!".

    Out in public, I just keep my mouth shut.

    Someone probably mentioned this but you don't have to say ANYTHING after a sneeze. I had a professor (a minister, by the way) who got really POed when someone would sneeze (interrupting his class) and then ten people would say "bless you" (further interrupting his class). The sneeze is already an intrusion, how is it "rude" to NOT intrude further?

    What's REALLY rude is for someone to sneeze and not say "excuse me"--if ANYTHING needs to be said after a sneeze at all!

    They do, even people of other faiths.

    Jews say Gesundheit, thinking it means "health" in Yiddish. In fact zay gezunt is Yiddish, Gesundheit is German.
