Hello everyone, this Friday I will be running a track 5k for the first time and over the winter to now I am a completely different runner than I was in the fall but I've only run the 3200 once, my main goal is to break 20 in the 5k this Friday but I would like some help on what my strategy should be and also how fast do you think I could run? My pr's this season are as follows, mainly run the 1600 but have done some other events,
800: 2:30
1600: 5:37
3200: 12:02, on a cinder track in the rain.
