Rupp finally makes his return to Payton Jordan for the 5k, but too bad Ben True isn't in it (he's in the 10k)
A lot of top names are in there, discuss who you like!!

Looks like the other NOP guys Cam and Suguru are also in the 5k, should make for a good one, plus 3:31 man Ingebrigsten is in there, if this turns tactical, I put my money on him, that whole NOP crew has been getting out kicked lately
Forgot to mention, Cranny vs Cain vs Efraimson vs Hasay in the 1500m, the top 4 fastest HS girls ever at 1500m are squaring off, this is insane!

Efraimson said she would probably run the 5k last week at Mt Sac
50 Parker Stinson Saucony
No Nike sponsorship for the former Duck?
Calling it now, Levins will beat Rupp in the 5k and all the Rupp/AlSal fanboys will make the usual excuses!!!!! Better get Rupp on some strong thyroxin!!!!!
Also, I wonder if AlSal will give Hasay STRICT INSTRUCTIONS not to beat his golden child Cain. Thoughts?
Excited to see the 10K shape North Central grad John Crain is in after his 63 half.

Who is sending Efraimson workouts, I know she's sponsored by Nike so is her HS coach allowed to keep coaching her? I know Alexa mentioned something about she gets a lot of what she does from Salazar or she wanted to head down to Portland to get some workouts in w/ him (don't quote me on this), but this seems very contradicting, considering Efraimson and Cain are rivals, and if he does pick Efraimson up, he might as pick Cranny up after she gets through w/ college
Hopefully the pace is quick from the gun. I would say Diego Estrada should be capable if putting down a 13:0x by now.
Both Efraimson and Hasay are entered in the 15 and the 5. And Sheila Reid and Abbey are also in the 5.

With all the HM type training under his legs I'm not too sure about that... I think he can stay w/ the pace until a lap to go, but will he have the kick to dip under 13:10? I don't know, I call a 13:14
I tried finding it earlier, anyone have a schedule of events? Thanks.
will there be a rabbit? what day is payton jordan??
There's typically a rabbit for all of the races (except the men's 10k last year for some odd reason), it is this Sunday
Distance events typically start in the evening rolling up in distance (800 then 1500 then 5k then 10k last)
I foresee Rupp dropping out and complaining about being having low T levels. Al Sal gets him his medication and now Rupp sprints 9.48.

My thoughts ?
You are not very bright. Thanks for asking
Cranny needs to get away from Milt. He already ruined her form, hopefully he doesn't run her into the ground and get her hurt or hating running so much she quits like he has done with all the other talent at Stanford.

Shes been at Stanford not even a full year, slow down, and stop making assumptions
You can tell Milt has built up her strength a lot this year, and transitioning from Hartmann's training plan to Milt's training plan (or any training plan for that matter) is going to take time, she's used to doing 35mpw and a lot of swimming from HS that has all changed now
She put up a 4:31 1600m DMR split (leading the first 1400m) then came back and ran 8:58 for 3k, and got a solid 12th place at NCAA XC's (very good for 1500m runner), and split 4:17 solo w/ 12mph winds, what's wrong w/ that?
Fisher (and dozens of faster guys) in the 1500
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
