I hit every one of these trails when I lived there:

Some are flat, some hilly and rocky and some in between. There's also a crushed gravel snowmobile trail just North of Concord that goes for 50 miles or so. It's a little ways from exit 17 off 93N.
Go to Shaker Village in Canterbury. There is a great trail system there. It is connected to trails that are maintained by the local snowmobile club. Don't be surprised if you see deer or moose.
