I line up very close to you through the mile. But for the 2 mile I've gone 20 seconds faster and for 5k I've gone about a minute faster. I would that means you need to work on your endurance.
I'm a distance anomaly, (broke 16:30 5K before I broke 5 mins in the mile) so my views may be a little biased, but IMO, your most impressive time is the 800. I would focus on the 800 and the 1500/mile as your main events.

I really don't know how to reasonably compare 400 and 800 times, but yours seem about in line. Here's what I'd say as far as conversions:
2:02 800 = 4:24 full mile
4:31 full mile = 9:42 full 2 mile
I'd have to know a lot more about the XC course on which you set your PR to say anything meaningful about that time. But, on the track, your 2 mile is worth about a 16:10, I think.
So, I'd say you are more speed oriented, but, so is just about every high schooler. That's because most of them haven't run enough miles yet.
My question is: What do you prefer to train for and race? Go with that. If you really want to bring your 2 mile in line with your 800, though, you're going to have to bump up your mileage probably. If you can do that, your 2:02 should get you a 9:30 2 mile. If you focus on your 400/800 performance, you'd likely break 2 for 800. Which gets your blood moving more? Sub 9:30 or sub 2?

If Daniel's and Pfitz are outdated..then where do I look for modern training plans?
