Due to a car accident, I can't run anymore and unfortunately I just don't like the elliptical or stationary bike. I also have kids, so going to the gym for 75 minutes a day like I did when I was 25 just isn't in the cards. That being said, I want and need to workout.
I'm hoping some others with similar stories can chime in and give some advice on where to start. I don't even know what to do. Body weight stuff? HIIT? Ideally I can find a plan where I work my butt off for 30 minutes a bunch of times a week and lose some fat while gaining muscle.
Is this even possible?
