Hastings gets married = runs better.
True stays single = runs better. -

Except Ben True got married last year too... -
Nice result for NSG.
Do the times reflect the offset in the "first to the line" competition. Guessing that True ran more than 15 seconds faster than Amy Cragg. -
Take a look at this:
http://www.letsrun.com/2007/homepage0310.php
It's our coverage of the 2007 race where MEb won his 6th straight title over Ryan Hall who recently had run 59:43.
I started laughing when I saw that page. And people think letsrun hasn't improved? We didn't really do much onsite coverage back then of even NCAAs. -
Huddle and Smith have told her not to use a married name. It robs you of your strength, dignity, purpose, courage...
-
Geez, I would have thought Vail was a lock for second in that race, instead ends up getting beat by Donn Cabral of all people.
Also can we please acknowledge that Donn Cabral ran a 15k, and like, did WELL?! So weird....yet awesome. -
Agreed. Cabral is having a nice spring (ran well at World's Best 10k, too) and (although a lot can change between now and then--looks to be a solid pick for the 2-spot on the US team in the steeple this summer.

Wow, that's a huge difference by comparison. But loved the old links to stories about Bekele winning 10 straight XC titles, etc. Crazy how much has changed. -
How hot and humid was it? Times were horrible if it was anything less than 85 degrees.
-
Stayed below 70 for everyone under an hour. Humidity was at about 85%.
-
First, is Amy married to Alistair Cragg? I hope not because her improvements are now questionable if so as Alistair is known by a few circles to use Peds even since his Arkansas days. Hope Amy is with another Cragg and not a suspected juicer

Around 70, but very humid and a bit windy. Probably worth about a minute slower than last year. -

Oh no I fear Amy isn't running clean as I had hoped

Except Huling is the clear #2. -
What happened to Kipchichir, Joe Stilin and Puskedra. I figured they would have also got in the top 10. Even Chelimo barely made it. And he wouldn't have, if he hadn't made a last second surge to pass Spisak at the line.
