I ran 11.10 on my 100, I'm trying to figure out around what my 200 time would be. I doubt it would be 22.2 exactly, so any ideas or estimates?

Trick question.
You didn't run 11.1, but a 13.1. So my vote is for 27.5.

Why?
22.0 if you are a boss.
If you only ran 100m then your 200m time would be DNF. Until you run one we don't know what it should be.
In the 22.60-22.90 range

Shouldn't you have less dropoff as a distance runner? (Assuming op is a distance runner)
If your long run is less than 12 miles, you don't have the endurance to run 200

If he's running 11.1 FAT he ain't a distance runner
if your start is awful you probably just multiply by 2 (22.2).
Otherwise just under 23 seconds (22.8 or so).
The fact that you don't know says that you can't run 22.2 and what you need to work on. The people who have been doing the speed endurance work for 200 (Bolt, Gatlin, Felix, etc.) are able to run 200 in 2X100 or maybe a bit faster. Distance runners sometimes are able to run 200 faster than 2X100 because they're weak and can't accelerate to speed like sprinters (see Nick Willis comments about this from earlier this year) so it's simply that their 100 time is slow.
But if you are a sprinter you can do double 100m time only if you have been doing adequate speed endurance work for weeks or months. Guys like Bolt are doing 300-450 @85% twice a week and they do it for months in addition to pulling heavy sleds twice a week. To be competitive at 200, you need to be doing special endurance at least as far as 250, and if you haven't been doing this you need to get your butt out there and start doing it NOW.

How are we supposed to find those comments? Can you provide a link?
