It's definitely further than 6 hours, but the Hollis Fast 5k in Nashua, NH is exactly that. I ran about 40 seconds faster than my 5k PR here, and you're pretty much guaranteed to run at least 30 seconds faster than normal. The race is on a Thursday night (June 11) and has a steady elevation drop the entire way. I just checked and flights from Columbus to Boston are $260 if you fly in on Wednesday and leave on Friday. It's probably out of your price range/distance willing to travel, but if you want to run a fast time (regardless of whether it's a legal course), this is the place to do it. its not a 5k, but the shamrock shuffle 8k in chicago is usually fast
Specifically in Columbus there is a summer road race series put on by Coughlin Chevrolet. Race website is http://www.chevrolet5k.com/ Going to be three 5ks this year in the series. There were four 5ks last year, with winning times of: 14:17, 14:18, 14:32, 14:45.
Brian Kraft 5k in Minneapolis, MN on Memorial day (around Lake Nakomis). 10th place was 15:10 and top 5 were under 15 minutes. If you want to be in the top 100 you better break 18 minutes. Totally flat course.
Friday Night Lights in Mentor, OH (end of July)
Westfield MA 5k a bit faster course certified, but point to point net drop with typically a west to east tailwind - haven't done both but this is reportedly a bit faster
