It's towards the beginning of my track season and I've yet to run a 3200 meter race. I'm looking to get maybe an estimate just to see what I should shoot for perhaps for each quarter and half mile split of the 3200.
So far I've run the 1600 once and got a time of 4:50, but this was a couple hours after I ran a 3:29 1200 and fell badly at the beginning, messing up my hip and back pretty bad. I recovered from that though.
Today I did the following workout:
-AM: 4 miles easy
-PM: 6x400 meters @ 66-70 with 2 minutes rest
1x800 meters @ 2:20 (felt conservative)
4 mile run
Im really hoping to just hit below 10:30, but hit me up with some predictions!
