Hello. I am a sophomore in high school and have recently completed my indoor track season. I ran 4:45 with about 40-45 miles per week and about 1-2 workouts per week, most not very intense. I would just like to know what a realistic goal is for this spring in the mile and two mile. I have never run the two mile so I'm not really sure what I could run in it. I am hoping to run anywhere between 4:32-4:36 in the mile. I also hope to run sub 10 in the two mile. Are these goals realistic? Note I will probably be running around 50-55 miles per week this spring with about 2-3 workouts per week. I welcome anybody's input and it would all be greatly appreciated. Thank you
