I also have very low testosterone levels. Look on the bright side, you are now able to experience the full gamut of human emotions (not just rage and hostility) and be an active vs. passive participant in positive interpersonal relationships.

MORON.
The hard workout should be the lifting. With pushups, you would have to use a weight vest, otherwise they're not difficult enough.
Situps are a waste of time. There is a reason why chicks and SKINNY runners like to do them - because they're easy. Guess what? They're also a waste of time.
Stick to the big lifts.
xfit, i enjoy your post, but there are conflicting interests.
you want to be arnold? yes, the hard workout should be lifting.
you want to be a runner? no, the hard workout should be running and afterwards, to boost your t-level, which is down due to hard runs, you do want i have mentioned above or you add some strides.

You're not 50 pal- just wait.
Increase your magnesium would likely aid, ZMA is a good supplement.
The best test boost supplements contain testofen, incase you're curious.
You should be concerned with low test as it has many health risks, the same as high test levels. Talk to your dr about your concerns, and ask about the standards. In some cases medical standards are way off; for example the american medical association recommending 150 to still be at a high risk level.
Bone density test came back low too. Doc says gaining 8 to 10lbs should do the trick and increase my levels.

THIS.
Ever wondered why BUFF guys like Arnold get all the chicks? Well there is a reason? Sky high T-levels from all the lifting and meat based diet.
Arnold ate more steroids than steak.
High level endurance athletes typically have low testosterone. It's the bodies way of ensuring you have a minimal amount of mass. If you have normal testosterone levels and you are really serious about your training...then you ought to train more.
You have to find a sweet spot. Maybe running 80-100 mpw for 2-3 weeks is manageable, then back it off to about 50-60 for a week to let your levels recover a bit.
Medically, from a physiological standpoint, it's not a big deal. The question is whether or not you are happy with your life.
Buried earlier in the thread, read what the guy said about finally having morning wood after deep sleeps. Sleep is the key. Your testosterone drops 15% for every hour you come up short. Have a rough night (as I frequently do), where you wake up after only four hours or so of sleep? That will lower your testosterone 60%. Sucks. You produce most of your T while sleeping.
Unfortunately, this news is no good to those of us who do all the right things, sleepwise, and still often suffer from insomnia. But for those of you who simply stay up too late every night, get to bed earlier. You'll have a ton more T, and feel like a million bucks. After nights I sleep really well, I feel like superman.
does low bone density mean I am very susceptible to stress fractures?
Quick fix. Go back to Doc, ask for Androgel 5 mg prescription gel to be used daily,.then regular follow up appointments until you're tests are at a steady "normal healthy" range which can vary widely. Don't do it long term! you're too young. Vitamin D and E supplements also help. No herbal crap.

Hi,
Low testosterone is a not a good sign for anyone. This may stop your muscle to grow and also can impact bad on your sexual life. So why to suffer from such problem? take some steps to increase it so that you can have a successful love life and also you can have a muscle mass.
I would like to help you on how to increase low testosterone by providing you a link that describes on how to boost T level.
