So I am a sophomore in high school and at my next track meet I want to break 2:10 and 4:50.
My most recent times (also PRs) are 55.7 in the 400m, 2:12 in the 800m, 4:55 in the 1600m, but I had a lot of energy left when running the latter two. What would be the best 200m/400m splits to break 2:10 in the 800m, and what would be the best 400m splits to break 4:50 in the 1600m?
