Im a high school runner and im just about to finish my junior year indoor track season. At the begging of the season i read an article on runners world (i'll paste it below) that talks about how Tylenol can improve race times. it said it helped mostly over longer distances but i run mostly 3000s and 1500s. i decided to try it out and ive been taking 3 Tylenol before all of my indoor races. i want to stop using Tylenol because i feel like im cheating and i was wondering how much my performance will decline when i get off it. my current 1500 pr is 4:09.
