I got sick over the weekend (Sat-Sun) so I didn't run Sunday. Sat is always my off day anyways.
I've been doing base ever since Novemberish and I am at 40-45mpw. Yesterday was my easy run (60 minutes) and I went about 30secs slower than my normal paces, cause I was obviously sick. Will I still be ok? I am recovering well now, but I'm afraid my poorer performance this week so far will affect when HS track starts next week.
