Hey I am a senior in high school I ran cross country every year but I haven't really done much track before. I ran my Freshman year but that was pretty much it because I had been training for marathons during Spring of 2013 and 2014. Being as I am a marathon runner, I don't have much speed with m but I have a huge amount of endurance. I want to do well senior year so that I can still do cross country and track for my college but I don't really know how I am supposed to race the 1600 and 3200 without a lot of speed.
