Hello LetsRun community,
Last track season, I ended the year with a PR mile time of 4:58.56. With a very successful XC season, running very low 17's for a 5k and a winter of extensive training and a healthy lifestyle, I expect my mile time to quicken. Averaging about 30-35 miles a week with some tempo workouts mixed in, what times am I expected for this year.
