Hey i go to the gym about three times a week and i'm usually there for 90minutes to 2 hours. Usually just working on my upper body. How is this effecting my running? I am about 6 feet tall and my weight is 160lbs.

I can get hellacious workout doing super sets in 30 minutes. If you're in the gym 90 minutes to 2 hours you're not doing it right.

I go 5-6 times per week for about an hour each time so no you don't go too much. My question would be why you would only lift upper body? Especially as a runner. I'll typically spend 70% of my time on lower body(seeing as how you run with your legs)
