I have a race saturday and I was wondering if anyone could help me on if I can break 2:10 or not, based off of a workout today.
We did 8x200
1. 29
2. 30
3. 32
4. 31
5. 33 (couldnt see coach so i got a slow start)
6. 31

Last week off of minimal training (I was sick for most of the week) I split about a 60 in a 4x4, I am probably more in shape for around a 58 right now if I had to guess. I also have a pretty strong aerobic background as I am a cross country runner with a pr of 17:48. I need to run under 2:10 at some point in the next 2 weeks for our dmr to hit a qualifying time. Is it possible saturday or will it take more training.
