10x 400m with 1 min rest is obviously the most common mile predictor workout.
However I have done some other similar workouts recently that I believe would also give a good prediction.
The workouts were:
2 sets of 6x 400m with 45 sec recovery and 800m jog between sets.
3 sets of 600,400,300,200 with 1 min recovery and 400m jog between sets.
Do you think these 2 workouts could be done at the same pace as the 10x 400m workout and if not how much slower or faster per 400m would they be?
