Hey, I have an indoor meet this weekend, and I'm wondering about what shape I am in. This week I have run 2 workouts, one was 4x800, 1 minute rest, average 2:30 fallowed by 2x400, 1 minute rest average 1:12. Yesterday I ran 4 miles at 5:38 pace, plus 4x200 strides @ 31 average. All of this comes in the middle of a 55 mile week, with drills and lifting. What times should I shoot for in the 1600 or 3200?
