Last year I was a 4/8 runner and this year I've changed my training and am becoming more of a 8/16 runner. Last year I wore the Saucony MD4 and really really liked the feel and how aggressive the spike plate was; made it easy to stay on your toes and helped with my kick a lot (I think). So I was wondering A) If I needed to get a different pair for the 1600 since the MD4s are so light and aggressive and B) If the Victory 2s are fast enough to run a fast 800 (1:54/1:55) because there really doesn't seem to be much to the spike plate? It's ether the Victory 2s or I'm just gonna buy a new pair of the MD4s (which are also a good deal cheaper)
