I am new to this forum, I was at a local track last week and I ran 11 seconds for 100meter, I rested for a few minutes and then I ran 51 seconds for 1 lap (400m)
Im not happy with this 400m time, I hope to join my local running club soon because If I trained I would be able to maintain the speed and run around 44 seconds for 400 meters
Should I start running more or keep playing soccer? I want to do both but with only four free days in the week I might have to stop playing soccer as much
Im a 17 year old Senior and I've never done running before except in soccer and softball when I was younger, the times I ran at the track are accurate as my friend timed them with a special app on his iphone for timing moving things
So should I run or play soccer?
