Anyone have recommendations for good 800m/Mile coaches that coach remotely(online)?
Looking to go sub 1:50 indoors and 4:05. Sub 1:48 outdoors and sub 4:00. More speed based and will use the mile for strength work.

I don't know if he'd do it online but Seamus O'Toole in Philadelphia is a really good, but demanding, coach.
