Well he had to do something to keep up with the East Africans!
Wow- 4 years.
Okay, now we can all move on.
He was top at the national level, now they need to go after the world level!
They got him because he's not at world level. A token bust.

Ya, imagine if he was one of the world big shots. It would take them years to settle it.

If he ran under NOP he would have had the best lawyers in the world get him out. Time for the big time Mo (farah) news to come out.
And a few loss of results... Well, whoever got 2nd probably wasn't clean either. Wake up folks, it's apparent all the top is on something.

No it's not a token bust. He took thousands racing on the US Circuit. Ask them how they feel about it- doubt anyone is getting their money back.

Yes… but really, this pales in comparison to those winning Majors and the WMM for millions. Like Jeptoo and Shobo.
I don't know about anyone else… but I am getting tired lately of only hearing and reading about busted elites. Isn't there anyone out there that we can aspire to? Running has officially turned into professional cycling.
Doesn't matter anyway, but he is eligible to return Dec 31, 2015.
He mentioned he is retiring though.

I'm going to start looking up to the mid-packers. I'm going to go buy one of those belts with 10 gels on it.
The only way to eliminate doping in the sport is to completely remove prize money. You dangle hundreds of thousands of dollars in front of a villager, what do you think they're going to do?
Whatever it takes.
Seriously, anyone still believe the best elites run those times eating oatmeal?
Now, where can I find one of the gel belts?
Okay, then...
- remove the money
- eliminate medals
- eliminate sponsorships
- eliminate coaches paid by a sugar daddy/momma
These are a few fixes to solve the massive doping problem in sports.
"Seriously, anyone still believe the best elites run those times eating oatmeal?"
Weren't steel-cut oats deemed better ehances than rolled oats?
I heard USADA is looking to ban steel rolled oats due to the digestion gases rocketing out your ass can add a 0.0234% advantage.
actually usada states that the arbitrator decided to start it Jan 12th, 2012, which means it ends on jan 11, 2016- which is just in time for him to pop a quick half marathon before running the trials marathon. fortunately it looks like usada is ginog to appeal the start date for a more reasonable one

Female coach having affair with male runner. Should I report it?
Post about women banditing Brooklyn half marathon going viral on X
If Daniel's and Pfitz are outdated..then where do I look for modern training plans?
Colin Sahlman runs 1:45 and Nico Young runs 1:47 in the 800m tonight at the Desert Heat Classic
