Go search for info on the guy who ONLY ate 25 eggs a day. He had some mental issues which led to this, and he had ZERO problems with cholesterol, weight, or heart disease.
3 eggs a day? No problem. Problems arise with added sugar and too many carbohydrates, especially simple ones, but they all are bad if you eat too many of them (some good things in complex carbs though, so I'm not saying to not eat them).
If your diet included:
eggs even with butter
green vegetables that grow above ground
whole fruit (not fruit juice)
meat (this includes all red meat, chicken, and fish)
dairy (unless you have issues with dairy)
...then you would do great.
Things to eat very rarely:
Bread
sugar
artificial sweeteners
Will boil down to bread and sugar being the biggest evils in the American diet.
