Yeah Sweetie, I was awake because my partner and I just finished with sex after a night out. Figured coming here would be a good way to get the blood back into my brain. Eat your magnesium!!! You don't want dissolved calcium in your blood precipitating out and building up on your artery walls. Magnesium makes calcium more soluble. It's a simplistic myth that atherosclerosis is all about fat and cholesterol.
If you count up your dietary magnesium, it's probably not enough, especially if your local water is soft.

It wasn't a dick measuring contest. I am white so my unit is very very small.
It was a jizz guzzling contest and I beat my mom. We went head to head, until 5 gallons of jizz later I was declared the winner.

Thank you! My doctor brought up Magnesium as well. What are good sources? Or is this something I can simply supplement like in the form of a daily vitamin?
Since my doctor's visit I have stopped adding salt to my food. So far so good without head aches. Wondering if I should just have a G2 or something like that to help with electrolytes. My uncle is a doctor practicing sports medicine, I really should just call him :) but lets run always offers an interesting perspective.

Go search for info on the guy who ONLY ate 25 eggs a day. He had some mental issues which led to this, and he had ZERO problems with cholesterol, weight, or heart disease.
3 eggs a day? No problem. Problems arise with added sugar and too many carbohydrates, especially simple ones, but they all are bad if you eat too many of them (some good things in complex carbs though, so I'm not saying to not eat them).
If your diet included:
eggs even with butter
green vegetables that grow above ground
whole fruit (not fruit juice)
meat (this includes all red meat, chicken, and fish)
dairy (unless you have issues with dairy)
...then you would do great.
Things to eat very rarely:
Bread
sugar
artificial sweeteners
Will boil down to bread and sugar being the biggest evils in the American diet.
