Aight folks here's a question that should test the message boards wisdom. Over the last month I haven't had a good run at all. I used to easly be able to do daily 9 mile runs around 6:30 pace no problem. However over the last month I have gotten to the point where even running 6 miles at 7:30 pace is hard to do and my legs are hurting afterwards. I started feeling really tired and weak, but only while running, about a month ago. I attributed it to haveing a sinus infection (self-diagonosed). I took some antibiotics that I had left over from a previous infection and those did not seem to help, they actually seemed to worsen the situation. I stopped taking them and took a few more days off just to try and let my body recover. Its has been more than a week now and I still feel the same as before. I have been really tired lately and during runs I have just been feeling like total crap. If this sounds familiar to anybody please let me know. I know I should probably get blood work done but I don't know if going to my regular doctor is such a good idea becuase I've read where they don't check for everything that could affect runner.
