Right now the answer is Andrew Luck. He used to be overrated, but since his injury he's been a bit out-of-sight, out-of-mind. With the under-the-radar run the Colts are making he is now underrated. He is a top 5ish QB and elevates guys who just frankly aren't that good (Ebron, Rogers etc.). Deshaun Watson is also underrated generally. That team is marginally talented outside of DeAndre Hopkins and has had protection issues when they were less so (e.g. Fuller was healthy).
