The inside lower part of both of my legs have been hurting for a month and a half now. It hasn't been a sharp pain, but intense soreness that would feel worse as I ran. Foam rolling, icing, and resting had helped, but once I resumed normal training, the pain would come right back.
About 2 weeks ago, I developed a sharper pain on the top of my left calf, and that hurts whenever I put pressure on that leg. Going down stairs, running, walking, standing, jumping; I can't do any of it. After resting a week and a half completely, it's much better, but not 100%.
Anyway, I got an MRI 2 days ago which showed bruising on my tibia, which was basically almost a stress fracture. The doctor said that could account for the calf pain. But I'm so confused, because I've never heard or read anything about a tibial stress fracture causing calf pain. And my shins haven't even hurt this whole f*cking time! Somebody please explain.
