Anyone done any of these sessions and got opinions on them?
1) 6 x 400, 5 x 300 with 2 min recovery
2) 10 x 300 with 100j recovery
3) 2 x (600,400,300,200) with 90 second recovery
4) 5 x 500 with 90 sec recovery
All at 1500m pace

OK, why the 5x500? What's the logic, a total distance desired?
I would think 10-12x400 with 200m jog would suffice
