You're probably right, the last 5 games were a fluke.

Well aware that's it's 6 weeks from now, Sherlock. The Eagles beat a very good Colts team in one of the toughest places to play, and have beaten a very hot Giants team (3 straight wins until tonight) Everyone was saying how hot Eli was and all.
Before the sports media lapdogs crowns the Cowboys SB champs 6 weeks into the season, don't forget that Romo always chokes down the stretch.
Gtfo wejo. The cowboys are not even the best team in the NFC east! Did you see that eagles drubbing of the Giants? The Giants scored zero points tonight. Tony romo is terrible at his core and is just fooling everyone for a few games.
Seahwaks are not that good - they only barely beat the redskins.

Anytime someone uses this argument loses all credibility. The Cowboys are 5-1. Vegas odds were very high they wouldn't win more than 7.5 game. You have to give them credit and all teams with that record should be talked about. If the Cowboys lose the next 10 then you can talk but right now they're at least in the discussion.
In the past the team made only as far as Romo could take them. The team is so well balanced now its only going to make Romo better not having 100% of the responsibility on his shoulders.
It was a great win on the road but don't buy your Super Bowl tickets yet..
Seattle has a much weaker offensive line than many think. Dallas exposed that today. Wilson was running for his life, always someone pressuring him or making him alter his throws.
Really, the game came down to the 3rd and 20 completion. A few inches the other way on that play and Seattle wins.
I'm a huge Cowboys fan that predicted them to be 6-10 this year. I've been really surprised at how well the defense has played. That said this team is 2 injuries (Romo and/or Murray) away from being a bad team. I cross my fingers that everyone stays healthy and continues to play so well.
When they play the Eagles it will come down to who controls the clock. If it is a fast, up tempo game, then the Eagles will win easily.
I expected Dallas to be 7-9 or 8-8 this year, but Romo has finally shaken off the rust from his surgery and the Dallas coaching has really improved this year.
Dallas totally dominated Seattle. It's reflected in the stats but not the score. Seattle scored 17 points on two fumbles and a blocked punt return for a touchdown. Take that away and it's a 30-6 blowout.
Also the Eagles don't match up well against Dallas. Washington and the Giants aren't on their level. It's gonna be a good year to say, "How 'bout them Cowboys!"
LOL! you a funny guy
HTTR!!!
They might be for real. 3 out of their last 4 first round picks were offensive linemen - currently their starting center, left tackle, right guard.
Prior to the Seattle game Murray had 405 yards BEFORE CONTACT on the season. That was through 5 games! 80 yards a game before anyone touches the guy.
The six most important offensive players are your quarterback, and then your five offensive linemen. If you control the line, you control everything.

This Cowboys team is definitely for real. They're running game has done something that hasn't been done for 56 years!
"Murray joined Jim Brown (1958) as the only running backs in NFL history to start a season with six straight 100-yard-rushing games. And Murray did it against the league's best run defense, which had not allowed a running back more than 38 yards in a game this season."
http://scores.espn.go.com/nfl/recap?gameId=400554305For years I hated the Cowboys, but Romo has received so much media hate and ridicule through the years, that the last couple years I find myself rooting for him and the cowboys.
I absolutely loved seeing the Cowboys take to Seattle in Seattle. Anyone that can shut those fans has my admiration.
Go Boys!
(oddly I'm still a Giants fan and should still hate cowboys))
I promise you that a major reason for the 'Boys' success is that Mike Woicik--who has more Super Bowl rings than anyone else--returned as their strength and conditioning coach.
When Mike was at Dallas previously, they won three Super Bowls. When he worked for the Patriots later, they won three Super Bowls. This is not coincidence.

+1 (minus the Giants part)

I'll go ahead and jinx them but someone tell me what team is better than your Dallas Cowboys.
Tremendous game. They 1) gave up a blocked kick for a touchdown 2) a dropped punt for a score and a 3) dropped snap for a score
And still beat Seattle on the road.

You're right, the Cowgirls do look good and yesterday's win was not a surprise to me, I picked them to win that game. However, the Eagles have been winning almost with a hand tied behind their backs with a poor o-line and subpar McCoy. Yesterday against the Giants, you saw what the Eagles can do with both hands. Defensively I am still not that impresssed with Eagles defense and I don't think that is going to improve much unless they figure out a way to keep them off of the field so much. But, if you can't put up 30 points, you can't beat the Eagles.
You cannot compare this Cowboys team with any other team except maybe those from the mid-90's when they had the greatest offensive line in NFL history.
Dallas has used a lot of high draft picks on their O-Line and now they have the youngest and one of the best lines in football and not surprisingly the best running back in football. I fear that Murray is getting beat up too much and hopefully they will continue to run a different attack with Dunbar. This offensive line will be here for the next 10 years.
With Megatron always hurt Dez is now one of the best and definitely the most physical wide receivers in the league.
Romo is a capable QB when you don't put all the pressure on him to win.
Six games is nothing but it looks good right now.
As usual, Romo will blow it at some point. Bank on it.
Oh yeah, and the most accurate kicker in NFL history to boot.
I meant Randle not Dunbar but they need to mix in Dunbar too.

For your shitty assed teams sake you better hope.
Romo made an impossible play against the greastest defensive player in the league last week. He made an impossible play yesterday against the best defensive team. Not many QBs could have made either much less both of those plays. I'm happy with Romo. Being the QB of Americas Team is harder than being the QB of Green Bay, SF or New England.
So suck it.
Being the best team in early October doesn't mean much. Plus they are a dome team.
Enjoy it now.

Every NFL team is 2 injuries away from being a bad team if the injury involves their QB & #1 RB.
Well, unless the team already has an avg QB & RB, but then the team is likely already bad to begin with.
