They all look pretty hard with that short a rest, but I would say #2

I'd say #2 is the hardest, with 1 being the second hardest (200 jog is rough), and 3 is slightly easier. They are all going to be hard with that short of rest. If you can complete any of them, I'd say you're probably in sub 30k shape (on the track).
for me, they would be all the same:
1. run a 4:55, jog 200, and go through the motions on lap one of mile #2 and then drop out
2. run 5:00 though first mile, hang on for maybe 300m more before dropping out
