Recently did a tempo style work and ran 20 minutes at 5:47 pace... 10 minutes rest at easy jog... 15 minutes at 5:43 pace. Last Friday I did 8x1000 in 95 degree weather, 90 second rest all at or under 3:30... Wouldn't have been hard at all if it wasn't hot hahaha but hey, that's part of it! So could someone predict my 5k oh and I ran 4:37 mile and 17:00 5k last season. Thanks in advance
