Hey all, my female friend asked me if I'd help her train for a 5k, and since I'm courting her I happily ablidged. She's ran a 24 min 5k before and is trying to run close to 22 min. I know she's done a half marathon in 1:50 recently (Spring maybe). If that translate to anything decent in women times for a recreational runner I have no idea. I assume not.
If anyone has a generic 5 or 6 week training plan they'd be willing to share that I could use as a template that'd be awesome. Normally I wouldn't be so lazy but with my work schedule lately it's been impossible to even keep up with my own running.
