I did some hobby running for the past 2 years, usually just would do 20-30miles a week at slow pointless pace like 8:30 recently i'm bumping up the speed, my 1 mile was 6:30 for awhile but its down to 6:00 now that i just recently started doing 400/800s and mile repeats for the past 2 months..
Anyhow, i was wondering how long did it take YOU if you were in a similiar circumstance to drop from 6:00 to a 5:00 mile PR?
