Assume I'm currently running 80 miles at 7 min pace and its just about all my body can handle. Say that if I run any more things would seriously start to fall apart. Then what's the equivalent number of miles that I could run at 5:30 pace in a week?
This is all hypothetical, and I'm wondering if there is a good way to think about this. I'm not really concerned with which is better training method. I'm more wondering how much of different paces the legs and body can handle in a week.
