Before I answer, this is the Frank Dick data for sprinters (100m time and SLJ). Distance runners should not be expected to be as strong and explosive as sprinters/jumpers, just like I don't think you'd judge Greg Rutherford by his marathon time:
Target Time (100m) Standing Jump (m)
10.20-10.65 2.90-3.20
10.70-11.10 2.7G-3.00
11.20-11.70 2.60-2.90
11.80-12.20 2.50-2.80
12.30-12.70 2.40-2.70
12.80-13.20 2.30-2.60
Me today (during standard warmup before 3X60 from blocks:
Height 6'4"
jump: 9.9 meters in 3 jumps (about 11 feet)
performance this year: 7.3 60m (FAT)
Me:
6'1"
Standing lj: 11'6"
Lj: 23'
100m: 11.66
400: 50.04
800: 1:57
1500: 4:10
5k: 16:21
Girl I coach (obviously a jumper):
5'5"
Standing lj: 10'
Lj: 19'10"
100: 12.3
800: 2:32

I'm going to have to call b***s*** on this. I've acted as personal coach to a national class decathlete (bordering on world class) who was taller (6'3"), had a better long jump (over 25'), way better 100m (10.39), and way way better 400 (46.94) but couldn't perform a standing long jump of 11'6".
Additionally, several of the national class throwers I have trained for specific power (what the standing long jump measures) couldn't jump 11'6". This includes a couple of javelin throwers who could also long jump over 23' and run faster than 11.66 in the 100.
Were you jumping off of a cliff (or more realistically landing in a super deep long jump pit) on your 11'6" standing long jump to get the extra hang time and distance?
height- 6foot
jump PR- slightly under 10feet
100m PR- 11.2
next year want around
jump PR- 10feet 2
100m- sub 11secs

I've seen that reference board before cant remember where.
Im 1.72m and routinely jump over 3.05m with a pr of 3.12m on a flat surface with trainers, yet I run no way near 10.20, international-level sprinter I know has a 10.19s and 2.9xm pr in the broad jump I guess he's about 1.80-1.85m.
Standing broad jump is 9'0
I'm 6'0 and my PRs are 48.6 and 22.8, I have terrible acceleration and starts.
