Anyone know the most miles ever done in a 7 day span? How much have you ever done? I know that some Ultra-marathoners do 300+ in one week. My record is 80.

Gerry Lindgren ran a 380 mile week.
He did 350 per week for 6 weeks in college.
He once averaged 240 miles per week for an entire year.
He did many 200+ mile weeks as early as high school.

Yeah he also ran 4 miles at 4:02 pace on a cross-country course, and he was on pace for a sub-2 marathon though 26.1 miles before collapsing. Numbers are not Gerry's strongpoint.
Isn't the 1000 mile ultra record from that greek dude somewhere around 6 days?

Yiannis Kouros's record is 10 days and change so that would mean he probably came close to 700 in a 7-day span.
They just had an indoor 6 day event in Alaska. The winner did 580 miles.
Kouros did 640ish for the 6 day record. I'd have to check to see if he has an official 7 day total. Might have something in route to a longer race.
If I have done the math right, Kouros' 6 day record works out to just over 645 miles. Add another day of about the same effort and you get close to 750 miles for 7 days.
