I run about 6-7 days per week for about 1:30, and stretch, and do core/strength work for about another 30-45 minuites,
So probably an average of 150 minuites a day, if you average in my off day where i only do core
During the summer I run twice a day for an average of 10 miles (1:10), plus up to 2:00:00 of biking, as well as stretching and core. Total of aroud 3:20
