i wrote a while back saying how i was going to try and become a miler. some of you seemed interested in how it would work out, and wanted me to say how it was going.
well.......i'm still trying. i haven't raced yet, but my mileage is way up (for what i'm used to). my long runs are at about 10 miles. i probably average about 55 a week.
my legs are killing me, but i'm sure they'll adjust by the time track comes around.
i plan on lowering the miles soon and working on some faster stuff. (3miles fast every day, then some sprints)
