I am in no way depressed, but some days the unbearable burden of being alive really gets to me. The days of adulthood blend together during the week, and everything becomes one big blur.
So somedays I need to step back and ask myself "what's the point?" in order to feel better about things.
What's the point for you?
I find joy in the people around me, in the knowledge of who God is, and in the moments I take to be in nature, and just enjoy the beauty of it all. The point to me is to build strong relationships with everyone around you, and encourage others to succeed in their goals and endeavors, and in return they'll often do the same. Also it helps to find a passion (running, swimming, music, reading), more than one if you can.
