How common is it to get a stress fracture in the lower back and what would cause it? How long does it take to recover? Anybody had any experience with this?

It is most likely a bulged disc in theback in the Lumbar Section.
I know it is very painful and I thought I had a broken pelvis or back.
I had major back/ hip pain and saw a few different PT’s and one Chiro that didn’t help until I saw the right doctor who diagnosed me with bulged disc in my lower back 5th Lumbar. I was in real pain and messed up for 6 weeks until I got this treatment. The only thing that helped me .
It is called a DRS system machine. It is it table wear the person is strapped down, and has a brace on the upper body chest area than hold you in place. Then there is a harness that is on the waist/ pelvis area. It is attached to a pulling system that increases in tension on the lower body and pulls gently over a 30 minute period to allow the vertabraes to strecth out and realign themselves.
It is not cheap, but well worth it, good luck finding a doctor or hospital with one, they are rare, from what i am told.
