Two of our team's runners almost missed their handoffs at a relay once. The team captain was in a frenzy, but our fastest guy, who had run a great leg earlier that day, was agreeing to run another leg if necessary.
This guy was pretty calm about it, I was impressed, but he just shrugged. Most of us were a tad concerned but his attitude was remarkable.
Any posters here know of people who are REALLY unflappable and can give some examples?
I mean people who, if you're in the elevator and the cable snaps, might shrug and say "oh well"?
