Indeed. Many human adults can digest milk. This does not change the fact that milk's purpose is for growing infant mammals. Milk is not inert fuel. It generates a substantial endocrine response. This can be pretty useful if you are an athlete looking to rebuild from hard training. However, if you are not training and are flabbier than you would like then it may be worth finding out the dose that your body can handle.
