greetings, Masters. full week of cross-training for me due to shin injury, which seems (knocking on wood) to be getting a bit better. I think in a week or so I should be able to try a slow short run on grass. Don't want to set the timer back to zero by making it worse.
In the meantime I live vicariously -- at my club's annual track mile the other night, three M50's broke 5:00 -- oldest being Henry Wigglesworth at 56!
