right now i am using two pairs of shoes for training.
i do my easy/long runs in asics excel 33s because they're decently cushioned.
i'm doing speed work and races in the hyperspeeds.
i've noticed people using speed work in the excel 33s and longer runs in more cushioned shoes like the cumulus.
my worry is that with a more cushioned shoe like that, with a bigger heel/toe drop, it would throw off my running form since i land midfoot.
i did just realize that the excel 33's heel/toe drop is 10mm, cumulus is 11mm, and hyperspeed is 6mm.
should i bother adding a third pair into the mix, or is what i'm doing fine?
