Hi,
I found some old streak 3s. I was planning on using them for speedwork (tempos and some track sessions) , but now I'm considering running in them for everyday training. Before I was training in hoka bondi 3s and I just find after a run in the streaks im just alot less sore and the run its slef feels smoother. Is it ok to do daily training in the streaks?
Extra info= im a short highschooler thats 5'2 90 pounds and run max 100km a week
