The last few times I got done with my run I've noticed that I seem to have a lot of salt on my back and my face. Anyone know why this is? Is it bad? I'm sure it has something to do with dehydration, but can anyone tell me more? Thanks

You sweat when you run. The water in your sweat evaporates. The salt doesn't. Nothing to worry about.

Really? This is a serious question? I say 4/10, it almost seemed sincere.
Is this a recent change? There is always salt in your sweat, but with the warmer weather you're sweating more. So more salt. Also, the faster your sweat rate, the higher the salt concentration in your sweat.
