Im in San Luis Potosí México and I'm running a 10k race on Sunday. Altitude here is 6000 ft. A copule of weeks ago on a track back home(Indianapolis) I ran a 19 min 5k. I'm just doing it for fun, but am clueless about pace. Any thoughts?
